INVOICING, CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY FOR PAID REGISTRATIONS:
- Cancellations will only be accepted up to 30 days before the event. After this date, no refunds will be issued (only name changes will be accepted).
- For registrations cancelled up to 30 days before the event, refunds will be processed within 30 days after the event, subject to a €20.00 administrative fee.
