PROFILE

Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Psychology and Education Sciences of the University of Porto (FPCEUP), in the areas of Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, and Qualitative Research. Member of the Psychology Research Centre of the University of Porto. Member of the Coordinating Team of the Observatory of Social Challenges (ODESS), based at CPUP, and part of the working group that created this research structure. Founder and head of UPORH, a unit dedicated to supporting professionals and companies in the field of people management. Author of several publications and presentations on Leadership, Human Resources Psychology, Organizational Development, and Qualitative Research. Full member of the Portuguese Psychologists’ Association. Trained in the ‘Exploring Attachment in Adult Life’ and ‘Exploratory Goal-Corrected Psychotherapy’ models, and certified in Emotional Intelligence (Level 1) by the International Society for Emotional Intelligence, approaches she has applied in her work with professionals and organizational contexts.
