Holds a Master’s degree in Medicine from NOVA Medical School and a Master’s in Oncobiology from the Faculty of Medicine, University of Lisbon. She is a Medical Oncologist at Hospital da Luz Lisboa, dedicated to breast and gastrointestinal cancers. Principal and co-investigator in multiple clinical trials. Completed postgraduate training in Genetics and Genomics for Clinicians at NOVA Medical School. Currently a PhD candidate in the International Doctoral Program in Health Sciences – Medicine at NOVA Medical School. Lecturer in the autonomous disciplinary area of Oncobiology at the Faculty of Medicine, University of Lisbon. Expert member of the Ethics Committee for Clinical Research. Board member of the Medical Oncology College of the Portuguese Medical Association.
