Fifth-year Internal Resident in Plastic Surgery at the Reconstructive and Aesthetic Plastic Surgery Department of one of Portugal s most prestigious hospitals - São João University Hospital Center in Porto. This department, founded 40 years ago, boasts extensive experience in various types of reconstructive surgery including burns, maxillofacial surgery, oncologic surgery of the head and neck, breast reconstruction, body contouring surgery following massive weight loss, among others. The resident has already participated in approximately 2300 surgeries (São João Hospital + private clinics) and attends weekly consultations with their training supervisor, Dr. Pedro Silva. Areas of Special Interest: Burns, Breast Reconstruction, Body Contouring, Facial Aesthetic Surgery, and Aesthetic Breast Surgery.
