Chief Partnerships Officer at Macmillan Cancer Support, the leading cancer care charity in the UK, which reaches and supports an estimated 2.3 million people living with cancer through its cancer information, healthcare professionals and services.  Steven leads Macmillan s work with the NHS, communities, the private sector and philanthropists to drive innovation, raise income and advocate for change in order to improve cancer outcomes and equity. This includes the charity’s £36m social investment fund and impact investment portfolio and a network of ten thousand Macmillan Professionals working in health and care. Before joining Macmillan, Steven was a member of the Executive Team and Director of UK Poverty at Save The Children UK, where he led award-winning advocacy on global issues including refugee rights and overseas aid, and early education and welfare reform in the UK. Steven is a trustee at addiction and offender rehabilitation charity Forward Trust and spent five years volunteering as a magistrate in London’s adult criminal courts.
