PROFILE

He holds a degree in Biology and a Master’s in Oncobiology from the Faculty of Medicine of the University of Porto. He obtained his PhD in Biomedical Sciences from Radboud University Nijmegen (The Netherlands) and conducted hemato-oncology research at the Institut Curie in France. After his work as a researcher at the University of Algarve, since 2016 he has been leading a research team in the field of hemato-oncology at i3S in Porto.
